3. Course Access and Fees

Course Offering: At this time, Mood Atelier offers a standalone styling course designed to educate and empower users through expert-led modules.
Billing: All course fees are billed in advance in euros and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Access Duration: Course materials will be accessible for a defined period following purchase. Details are outlined on the course registration page.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all payments are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only if required by applicable consumer protection laws. In such cases, please contact us at contact@moodatelier.com with your request.

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including videos, text, graphics, styling guides, and quizzes—is the intellectual property of Mood Atelier or its contributors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Harass or abuse other members or stylists
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform’s functionality

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is." Mood Atelier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Termination

10. Governing Law

Mood Atelier is operated under a Delaware-registered U.S. company structure, while key operations and team members are based in Portugal. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon.
