What is the refund policy?

Course fees are refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that the client has not accessed more than thirty percent (30%) of the course content. After this period, or once substantial content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within ten (10) business days. In such cases, please contact us at contact@moodatelier.com with your request.

How much time should I expect to spend weekly?

Each module is designed to take about 30 minutes to watch, with an additional 1–2 hours recommended for homework and practice. The more you engage with the tasks, the more transformation you’ll experience.

Do I need to submit homework?

Yes. To get the most out of the course, we encourage weekly homework submissions. This is the best way to receive personal feedback and see measurable progress in your styling skills.

How long can I receive stylist feedback?

Stylist feedback is available for the entire 3-month duration of the course. While we encourage submitting weekly to stay aligned with the group and maximize results, you’ll be supported throughout your full access period.

How quickly will stylists respond to my submissions?

Feedback is typically provided within 2–4 days for the Essential package. The Signature package includes more detailed and priority feedback delivered within 24–48 hours

How long will I have access to the course materials?

You will have 3 months of access to all course videos, exercises and downloadable templates, starting from the official course start date.

What kind of feedback will I receive?

Depending on your package, feedback may include written notes, or group review in live sessions and personal consultation. All feedback is personal, constructive and focused on helping you grow.

Who are the stylists?

The course is led by a small team of top international stylists, each bringing their unique expertise and perspective.

Is the course live or pre-recorded?

Core modules are pre-recorded for flexibility, but the program also includes live elements such as Q&A calls, group sessions, personal consultations and interactive challenges.

Will I be part of a community?

Yes! Every participant is welcomed into a private student community, where you can share your progress, exchange inspiration and stay motivated with other women on the same journey

What happens when I finish the course?

On completion, you’ll unlock exclusive bonus content and a certificate of completion. You’ll also be invited to join Mood Atelier’s upcoming membership club for continued access to stylists, challenges and advanced learning.

What are the differences between the packages? Can I upgrade later?

We offer two packages: Essential and Signature, each with different levels of stylist access, feedback and exclusives. If you start with one package and would like to upgrade, you may do so before the start of the 3rd lesson. You can upgrade directly in the app via Settings, or contact our team and we will arrange the transition for you.
